As the driving force behind the Western Professional Hockey League (WPHL), Frank has overseen the launch of new professional teams, built partnerships with arenas and communities, and developed the league’s playbook for growth across the West Coast. Beyond hockey, he has worked extensively in live events, promotions, and business operations, building a reputation for delivering results in competitive industries.
With Summit Events Group, Frank brings his proven track record in sports management and event development to a larger stage — positioning the company to become the premier partner for arenas, brands, and live audiences. Kyle Kabacinski
Co-Founder/CFO
Kyle Kabacinski is a seasoned professional in hockey operations, sports management, and organizational leadership, bringing a lifetime of experience in the game to Summit Events Group. Having played junior and collegiate hockey before moving into coaching, scouting, and management, Kyle developed a well-rounded understanding of both the athletic and business sides of sports. His career has spanned roles in junior, collegiate, and professional hockey, where he has managed team logistics, player development, and league operations with precision and care.
At Summit Events Group, Kyle applies that same detail-oriented approach to overseeing event operations and team management at scale. His expertise ensures that every project not only meets professional standards but also creates meaningful experiences for fans, athletes, and partners. Together with Frank, Kyle represents a new era of leadership in sports and entertainment — one where passion, professionalism, and innovation converge to deliver world-class events across the West Coast and beyond.

Anthony Blackburn
Co-Founder/Manager
Anthony Blackburn, born and raised in Michigan, discovered early on the value of discipline, grit, and perseverance. A graduate of Wyandotte High School, he carried that competitive spirit into the world of combat sports, ultimately finding his place as a professional Power Slap fighter. Known for his toughness and determination, Anthony has stepped onto the national stage, earning respect in one of the fastest-growing and most talked-about combat sports. His journey from Michigan roots to professional competition reflects his relentless drive to challenge himself and elevate the sports he loves.
Today, Anthony brings that same passion and dedication to Summit Events Group, where he plays a crucial role in expanding the company’s presence in the combat sports world. As a member of the team, he is helping bridge the gap between fighters, fans, and the venues Summit has access to, ensuring new opportunities for growth and exposure. With his firsthand experience as an athlete and his vision for the future, Anthony is a key figure in Summit Events Group’s mission to bring more combat sports to more communities and stages across the country.
